Help with sign-in, saved preferences, and connected AI tools.
Sign in
Use your account email and open the sign-in link in the browser where you are using Fingerprint. Request a new link if it has expired. Your saved preferences will be there when you return.
ChatGPT connection help
Check that you selected the intended Fingerprint connection during OAuth, approved the requested access, and that the connection remains active. The ChatGPT integration is pre-release and not published in the directory; see Use Fingerprint with ChatGPT for its current status and troubleshooting.
When contacting support
Please include only your browser and client version, the approximate time of the issue, the error text, and any request ID shown. A redacted screenshot can help. Do not send passwords, magic links, OAuth tokens, vault files, or private section text.
Privacy and deletion
You can revoke an AI connection, delete a server vault, or delete your account using the app’s controls. These actions remove different information. Read Data deletion before choosing, and export anything you want to keep. Privacy explains what the service and connected AI tools receive.
